HOW DO I PAY YOU?
First, please use my order form on this website or email me directly so I can send you an invoice. I accept payment through Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Square, or Zelle.
In order to hold your place on my calendar, invoices need to be paid in full. If it is not paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, your place may be released to someone else.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am located in Nashville, TN, area code 37220. A specific pickup address will be provided on your invoice
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PICKING UP MY ORDER
I will set up a pick up time with you at least 24 hours in advance; if you are unable to provide a time, I request a text before you head over to pick up your order. I request that no one walks up to the front door: cookies are placed in my pink pick up box located in the driveway.
DO YOU MAKE OTHER BAKED GOODS
I focus solely on crafting special, custom cookies. I do not make cakes, regular drop cookies, or other pastries.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the set pick up date in order to receive a full refund.
DO YOU SHIP/DELIVER?
Unfortunately, I cannot ship my cookies due to the TN Cottage Food Law. My cookies are for local pick up and delivery.
Fortunately, I can deliver! I charge for delivering cookies in the greater Nashville area. For addresses within 5 miles of my location, the cost is free. For addresses within 15 miles of my location, the cost is $5.00. Addresses outside of 15 miles from my location, the cost is $10.00. Email me to get a quote on delivery fees.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Please give me at least THREE weeks notice before your event, but preferably a month's notice so I can purchase certain supplies to accommodate your order.
*I typically charge an extra $10.00 for rush orders that are placed with less than weeks' notice (please email for more information).
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR COOKIES?
Each cookies is heat sealed in individual cellophane baggies (free of any extra charges). For individual gift-bagged cookies with a bow, there is an additional charge of $4.00 per dozen. If the order is for a large group of people or for those with allergies, I can put ingredient labels on the back of each baggie. Cookies are placed in a box with layers of paper shred and the box with topped with a bow!
DO YOU MAKE PLAIN COOKIES?
Absolutely! I occasionally offer DIY cookie kits during the holidays or I can just bake you un-iced cookies for you to decorate on your own. Please support me by checking out my Amazon Storefront to purchase standard cookie decorating supplies you can use at home!
WHAT FLAVORS DO YOU OFFER?
Currently, all cookies are sugar cookies decorated with royal icing. Vanilla, lemon, and almond extracts are used for extra flavor. Other flavors are added during the holiday seasons such as maple latte, chocolate peppermint, and orange gingerbread.
HOW LONG WILL THE COOKIES STAY FRESH?
The cookies will stay fresh for approximately 1 week if kept in an airtight container or sealed bags. If you would like to preserve them for a longer period, place the bagged cookies in a an airtight container in your freezer up to 3 months. To defrost, remove airtight container and place on counter. Cookies should be defrosted within a couple hours.
Disclaimer: Cookies could transfer/smear onto cellophane package if left in a warm environment. Keep cookies in a cool, dry place.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE OR VEGAN COOKIES?
I do not offer gluten free or vegan products at this time. Please keep in mind that while the cookies and icing do not specifically contain nuts, they are not made in a nut-free kitchen. I cannot guarantee the safety of those with severe allergies.
WHAT ALLERGENS DO YOUR COOKIES CONTAIN?
My cookies contain the following allergens: wheat, eggs, dairy, and almond extract.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO MAKE A BATCH OF COOKIES?
Looking at the total picture of baking, creating the icing, mixing the icing colors, decorating, packaging, photographing, and cleaning, it's at least 8 hours on one batch of cookies!
