ABOUT ME

My name is Crystal and I make edible art for any occasion. Born and raised in the Nashville area, I am a self-taught baker and artist.

After many years working as a music and art teacher, I decided to try out a different creative path for myself. I have been passionate about drawing and creating from a very early age...as well as devouring any form of sugar. Combining art and cookies was the perfect journey for me to pursue.

Since starting Butterfly Bakehouse as just a fun hobby in 2020, my cookie journey has led me to accomplish more than I could have ever dreamed of. From being on the Food Network, to creating cookies for music legend shows such as Bob Dylan and Ringo Starr, this small cookie business has made the unimaginable possible.
